Orders will be delivered within 2-5 days of receiving your order and are usually dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked. Standard Delivery (2-5 Days) is Free on all orders over £40. There is a £3.95 charge for orders below £39.99.
Delivery charges for locations outside the United Kingdom will be charged at a flat rate of £7.95 to Europe £14.95 to the rest of the world. We use Royal Mail for International Deliveries, which usually takes 3-5 Working days Mainland Europe with Delivery to the rest of the world usually in 5 to 7 working days.
Collect in Store
Collect in Store. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Most orders are ready for collection within 48 hours, however on occasion it may take up to 7 days for your order to be ready. There is no minimum spend for Collect in Store. We are only able to offer Collect in Store at our branches at Mexborough, Beverley and Retford.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Email us at email@example.com to cancel your order, quoting the order number that you will receive at the time of ordering.
Please return any unwanted online orders for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchasing your goods.
Returns should be sent back to the following address. It is highly recommended that all returns are sent back using a tracked or recorded delivery. Pettits.com do not accept responsibility for lost returns.

Manufacturing Faults/Received Incorrect Item
Faulty products or if you have received an incorrect item, these must be returned in suitable protective packaging by Recorded Delivery or some other traceable method.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require a pre-paid label, please note, you will need access to a printer for this method and be able to drop your parcel at a Post Office. Please quote your order number when contacting us.
We reserve the right to reject any "faulty" product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the customer's negligence or making.
Out of Stock items
Our website is fully linked to our live stock system, so if the item is showing in stock on the website then we have the stock ready to send, on the extremely rare occasion that this isn't right you will be advised via email of the estimated delivery date of your goods. If we cannot fulfil your order within at most 7 days we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel your order, any monies paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
